SK Gold Land believes in the potential of Bintulu town and decided to enter the market. Its prime project SK One Garden City is located along the booming road of Jalan Sultan Iskandar, a prime area of the town.

SK One Garden City – A Greenery in the City

SK One Garden City incorporates the first indoor Lush Vertical Living Walls (or called “vertical gardens”) in Sarawak and will be the pioneer to incorporate Complete Automated irrigation System for the vertical gardens.  

The vertical gardens will have the function of filtering against dust and airborne particles by trapping airborne particles within their foliage. The vertical garden will also shield against the direct exposure of sun light and therefore reduces the transfer of heat onto the building.

Connecting green nature to this project does not only enhance the architecture appearance but it is hoped that the greenery will bring a fresh breeze to the bustling town, soothing the mind of the public on their very first step onto SK One Garden City.

With this green ambiance, SK One Garden City sought to introduce a different kind of experience not only to consumers but also to business operators. 

The commercial development of SK One Garden City consists of two rows of dual frontage shop units. All these commercial lots will forms a street mall, a modern concept of shopping. Unlike most indoor shopping malls with air-conditioning, SK One Garden City gives you a fresh experience of shopping while still be able to enjoy breeze of fresh air and sight of greenery.
